Dr. Luz Urbina opened the office for families whose dental coverage comes and goes with a job: a plan that ends, a yearly limit that runs out, or none at all. Insurance forms are our job, not yours. You hear what is wrong, what the options are, what your plan says it pays and what is left for you, and then you decide.
