Tell us your plan
Give your plan's details to Robin by phone or on the patient portal, not in the contact form. She checks your benefits before you come.
Fill in your history
Use our private patient portal. It is the only place we ask about your health.

A photo ID, your insurance card, a list of the medicines you take and any X-rays you have.
What you'll hear in the first visit
Dr. Urbina starts by listening.
She asks what you'd like to know, looks at your teeth and gums, and shows you what she sees. If you need treatment you hear the options, what your plan says it pays, what is left for you, and what happens if you wait. You leave with the estimate in writing.
